Taxation Services
We offer a complete range of tax services suited to your business needs. These include self assessments, partnership returns, Corporation tax, VAT preparation and capital gains.
We are prepared for the introduction of the new Making Tax Digital needs and can help you in your implementation of this. We are ProAdvisors with Quickbooks and as a partner, we can offer discounted subscriptions to their online bookkeeping software. We are also experienced with other bookkeeping software such of Sage, Xero and Freeagent.
Account Preparation
We can produce statuary accounts for your business whether you are a sole trader, partnership or limited company. We can also prepare accounts for charities, clubs and similar organisations. These can be yearly or management accounts based on your needs.
Payroll
We provide a quality payroll service that has no hidden fees. We cater to weekly, monthly and quarterly payrolls along with CIS returns. We charge a monthly fee based on your number of employees and can provide payslips through post or email. We can also run your year end payroll including the production of P60’s and P11D’s.
With the new mandatory pensions coming in we can help you set up a pension scheme for your payroll and ensure that this is run in accordance with the pension regulations set out by the pension regulator.
Bookkeeping
With our skilled and experienced staff, we can assist you in your bookkeeping needs to ensure that your company records remain up to date and accurate so you can keep the finger on the pulse of your business.
We can provide credit control, bank reconciliations and invoicing so you can spend more time looking after the day to day running. We are skilled with Quickbooks, Sage, Xero, Freeagent and more.

We are Dean Accountancy Services, a small accountancy practice located in Lydney, Gloucestershire. Our main goal is to make taxes easier for you and provide a straightforward and friendly service that isn’t filled with hidden fees.

Managing Director
Jenna Pflug (FMAAT)
Specialist in : Payroll, Auto enrolment, MTD, VAT, Self Assessment Tax, QuickBooks and Bookkeeping
Jenna is a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and the owner of Dean Accountancy Services Ltd. With 16 years of experience working in accounting she started her own practice in 2019. Jenna has gained vast knowledge with payroll, accounts preparation, and self-assessment taxation.
Senior Accountant
Andrew Dodds (FCCA , FMAAT)
Specialist in : Self Assessment Tax, Company Tax, VAT, MTD, QuickBooks and Bookkeeping
Andy is a Chartered Certified Accountant and a fellow member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. He has 12 years of experience working in accounting and where he has gained experience in taxation, VAT, bookkeeping and accounting software.
ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Victoria Junele
Vicky is a apprentice on our accounting team at Dean Accountancy. She currently has a merit in Level 3 AAT and we are helping her as she heads towards the next level to earn her Level 4 Diploma in the coming year as well being trained with Quickbooks and other software.
